Shipping policy

We make use of Third party Couriers and can not be held liable for delays in services rendered by such companies. We will however do everything in our power to assist with problem solving.

We strive to have your parcel delivered within reasonable time. Customized products take longer to manufacture.

Processing time: 1-2 days 

Stainless steel cutout items like name necklaces and custom cutouts take approximately 3-5 working days until delivery.

 

Gauteng: 2-3 Business days 

Cape town & KZN: 3-4 Business days 

Rest of South Africa: 5-6 Business Days 

 

Once your order is fulfilled you will receive a email notification from Bondhood with your tracking information.
